Where: Chinchina, Caldas, Colombia (central tropical coffee country)
Why: To provide nurses, students, and allied healthcare professionals an opportunity to learn in a short study abroad experience while serving rural communities in home health & clinics.

Day 1: Fly to Colombia, check into hotel, explore town
Day 2: Clinic and medical orientation, pharmacology class, Medical Spanish
Day 3: House visits community #1, Salsa dancing
Day 4: Clinic in community #1, visit coffee plantation
Day 5: House visits - community #2, cultural event
Day 6: Clinic in community #2, cultural event
Day 7:  Hospital day
Day 8:  Tourism day/horseback riding/zip lining
Day 9:  Departure to USA
Possible bonus excursion to beaches of Cartagena for 2-3 days for extra cost
